On our first day, we were told about some lions. Though we took many hours to get there, watching birds and other animals on the way, the lions were still asleep when we got there.

We saw hippos on several occasions. When they graze out of the water, you can see their true size.

Warthogs have necks too short to reach the best grass, so they walk on their wrists while grazing.

The Wildebeest, or Gnu, has markings on the side that look like ribs. Thus, he always looks hungry!
